PawPals AU is powered by Shopify.

We offer free shipping within Australia. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
