DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase required.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or weather events.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
